Hi ladies!
Was wondering if anyone has any advice for possible thin lining issues?
From 9-11dpo have had tiny amount of brown spotting.
Yesterday 12dpo I had miniscule amount of red spotting (only when using bathroom)
Today is the same with tiny amount of red spotting again.
Is this AF? Last month it was v light but nothing like this.
Did a hpt yesterday that was negative.
Going to the fertility clinic next month thank goodness,so I will have one full cycle before then.
Does anybody have any advice on thickening lining?
I am barely swaying now and taking no supplements.
Any advice would be appreciated

To be honest after so many months, my sway is mostly vegetarian, no breakfast and have been doing e3days with extra attempt at positive opk.
No extra supplements at all anymore.

Jenny, that is not unusual even without swaying and I would try not to stress about it too much. I have had that a few times when I wasn't swaying. You may just be a little low in estrogen so I would try eating a serving of full fat dairy a day and 4-6 eggs a week. :)

Thanks atomic I will give that a try!
Have read about a few other things online, such as red clover, royal jelly, asprin etc.
Would I be better to leave adding any supplements at this stage, or are any of these recommended.
Many thanks ☺

I don't think they work at all, may not be safe, and would possibly sway blue (not the aspirin tho)
Did AF proper come???

The only thing I think works is the RRLT (red rasp leaf tea) and so if you do feel we need something we can try that. I am tentative about it as I am not sure how it sways (this is one thing I don't really dare using for girls or boys.)

I have no idea about how it sways (I imagine blue) but the ht ladies often use pomegranate juice (not the added sugar juice drink - something pure like pomegreat) for helping the lining x

No it never appeared. Red spotting for a day or so and has now disappeared completely.
This new cycle will be difficult to work out where I am placed agh! Will count this as cd 3 I suppose.
I will try the red raspberry leaf tea ☕ thanks xxx

Do you know for sure you are ovulating?

I had a blood test in July and that showed that I was ovulating.
Had another blood test that showed everything else looks fine too.
I use opks also, and every month they always get positive dark lines for 2days (usually cd14-15) this month a couple of days later than usual though at cd 18.
Who knows! It's all v strange x

How about going ahead and having some RRLT now and see if it helps kickstart more bleeding. Then do it for CD 1-14 and lay off it for the rest of the cycle to see what happens.
