Very tricky, the nub is not properly captured on any of these pics, sorry. I can't make a proper guess. There appears to be stacking, which indicated boy, but it also appears to be forked, which indicates girl, so 50/50 from me unfortunately.

Slight boy lean, but this is a tricky nub. It could go either way
