Hi everyone,

So how to divide those supplements

Wheatgrass
Folic acid
Vit D
Prenatal
Salmon oil

Or can I just take them all together?

How about vit D , shall I take it or whatever on prenatal is enough?

Prenatals with breakfast, Folic Acid (although you really should get bio-available folate [5-MTHF]) and Vit D with lunch, wheatgrass in a shake as a snack maybe? Fish oil right before bed with your night snack if you tend to get burps.

All supplements are always better absorbed with food unless specifically noted otherwise :)

Hope this helps!

Glad I could help! Also, you can get a supplement reminder app. My clients always have a difficult time remembering to take supplements and I can understand why lol. The reminder apps do help alot.

If all of your supplements are in pill form, you can get a few pill boxes, like have a set for breakfast, a set for lunch and a set for dinner.

I would like you guys to take your folic acid or folate by splitting it up into small doses several times a day - so you'd take the extra at a different time of day than your prenatal.

I do think it's best to take prenatal and D with at least a small amount of fat.

Yes I like you guys to take up to 1000 IU Vit. D, so if your prenatal has less than this, you may want to take extra.

Ok I will take folic acid at breakfast

Prenatal + vit D at lunchtime (usually its meat)

Salmon oil at dinner
