I have been preparing for my ttc girl diet with writing a food shopping list but keep getting conflicting info on cashews and almonds are these good for girl sway or stay clear of?

Nuts and many seeds are very high in fat so I wouldn't seek them out as part of the LE diet, but a handful of nuts on a salad or a nut butter on toast can be a better choice than meat for your protein and fat requirements if you aren't getting your totals elsewhere already. I think peanuts, in particular, are not very nutritious if you can afford the fat.
