Hi ldies,

After a BFN here I am back on track. I will skip this cycle and try next. Since Next cycle will be Xmas and will spend it a the Inlaws I find pretty tough to be able to follow the diet without everyone noticing we are ttc, so I will have to rely other things such as vitamins.

I was diagnosed with mild PCOS but I have pretty regular cycles, will VITEX help with my girl sway or will it mess up my regular cycles?

As for my DH he has very low sex drive, (always has) does this mean he has low testosterone and therefore better for swaying pink? I was going to start him taking LR but not sure if he would really need it. I believe that I actually have higher testosterone, is there anything I can take to lower it? Anything else I could take to help taking into account my diet will not be as good?

Thanks

My DH has a very low sex drive and we have two boys. :-/ On the other hand, I am a pretty typical "boy mom" in my eating and exercise habits and personality. Maybe my husband DOES have lower testosterone and it's just been my blue traits that outweighed that.

Low sex drive has been studied and found that it isn't always correlated with testosterone levels. But also, testosterone has not really been proven to sway for guys anyway. I do find that men with very low sex drive have more girls but of course on this site, we're all predisposed for boys or girls to start out with so not sure if that is accurate or coincidence.

I would not give him licorice root. That has made a lot of guys even with a high drive unable to perform.

Vitex, saw palmetto, and peppermint tea have been said to sway pink and possibly lower testosterone but they do really mess up your cycle. (you cannot do both SP and PT but can do either one with vitex)
