For the at least 4mths AF has been consistent -every 27-28 days.
Of course this month as we get ready to head away on holidays in 2 days it's late - D31 & no AF.
I'm not pregnant & I have all my usual AF symptoms it's just not coming.
I'm thinking maybe it's a combination of bad diet the last couple of weeks/not taking my prenatals consistently/stress?
Any other thoughts?

There's a lot of reasons why it can be delayed - I can tell you just about every time I've gone on a trip my period comes on it (grr) I think it's the stress of getting ready delaying ovulation.

How bad is your diet??
I have not found that spotty use of prenatals delays ovulation - BUT are you taking one with a high dose of B6 in it??? If more than 100% DRV B6 (some have 800% or even 1000%) that can delay O.

Diet is not too bad - still eating 3 main meals & snacks just sometimes over indulging with sweets due to being stressed.
No high doses of anything in my prenatals.
It's so frustrating - D33 still nothing although it feels like AF is coming & Pregnancy tests are negative.
As I'm having issues with my prolactin could this be causing it? It hasn't been an issue the last 4mths and it's been elevated the whole time.
Thanks for your help atomic!
