Nub / Skull Theory guesses for my baby please ☺️

Hi!
I'd love some guesses on my bubby please! The scan was at 12 weeks 3 days, I'm. I'm not sure how straight the pic is and I had trouble spotting a nub on the side view, but I thought I could see it under the legs in the close up view?
I think the skull looks boyish, no idea on the nub, maybe boyish too? Definitely a newbie at this ☺️

Sorry, just editing to say that the sonographer had the arrow is pointing to the leg, it's got nothing to do with the nub
