ok so what is the dosage of cranberries to take while trying to conceive a girl and whats with the fresh fruit thingy ?

which diet are you doing? if the LE diet you shouldn't need any cranberry
if you do want to take cranberry, the amount is 1500-10,000mg equivalent to fresh fruit according to this: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/showthread.php?522-HELPFUL-HERBS

atomic told me that taking baby aspirin is just as affective at lowering pH without all the added nutrients and expense of cranberry pills, this also helps the low nutrient sways girl theory.

so am i right in thinking that i should take 1500mg-10000mg of cranberry thats the max which is the fresh fruit equivalent, so my tablets say there 250mg = 5000mg fresh fruit equivalent, so i can take up to 2 of these a day to make 10,000mg ?

You can take baby aspirin with the IG diet too. it does not mess up the IG diet to take baby aspirin instead of cran and in fact some people had to do that because the cran gave them really bad headaches.

You can take that much if you want to but be warned, some people get very severe headaches on the cran and also major bruising. My opinion is that it's better to start at a lower dose and then see if you tolerate that first, rather than taking the max dosage right away.
