Boy or girl nub? 12+3 weeks

Would like some guesses on this ultrasound pic, not sure if the nub is visible, possibly below where the arm is sticking out ? Hope that makes sense. Thanks :)

I hope so ❤️ I had another ultrasound yesterday and the tech never heard of the nub theory but she said she didn't see any boy "parts" as of now. I know it's way too early but she said sometimes with boys you can tell this early.
