I honestly would faint if my baby was a girl! I wasn't sure if there was a nub on mine cause it looks like something is coming from it if that makes sense!?
I will have to go on a scan hunt of my boys to compare lol!

Tentative girl guess for you blue! I've seen Lots of girl nubs image like that, almost like a splitting of the nub. It looks angled but I think that's because of baby's positioning. No clues on your sister in law's though.
