suggestion of calcium for ttc boy

Hi, i ared on HE diet, but im not tolerate dairy product well, too much bloated and nausea. So any of you had experience on calcium supplement for ttc boy can share with me?

I got 1 bottle of c.carbonate 350 and vit d2 100iu.
Another is cal citrate 275.9mg + mg+ vit d3 100iu.
Both also instruct to take 2 per day.
So i dunno which to choose?:suprise:
So i took 1 from each bottle Lol.

I would take the one with D3 as Vit. D2 may not be healthy for people.
