DW: Women's One a Day, Probiotic. Started L-Arginine and CoQ10 in last month.

Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Ate larger breakfasts (eggs, oatmeal, fruit, sometimes a bagel with cream cheese), and allowed myself to snack more. Other than that, I didn't really change what I ate but DH tried to cook more meat. As the sway went on and I didn't gain any weight, I also added more junk food snacks to see if I would gain weight. ;)

I tried to drink a glass of full fat milk when I remembered, or full fat milk with cereal.

I also drank lemon and lime water when I had the chance (a few times a week).

The week of our successful attempt, I did drink coconut milk.

On average one glass of alcohol every 2 weeks. I didn't drink during 2WW.

I don't normally drink coffee and did not drink any coffee.

Started daily 25 mcg levothyroxine 3 days before ovulation.

Yes
Comments regarding DH's diet-
He ate healthier and more meat, and drank green tea, coconut water/milk, and full fat milk. He drank almost no alcohol during the sway and he normally drinks a bit.
DId you consume alcohol? A couple of drinks per week


DId you try to limit caffeine?
Yes, I cutback

116 lb/19.9 BMI
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
I ate more than usual but did not gain any weight. Prior to swaying I was a regular gym goer (weights + cardio) and would say I'm pretty strong and have decent muscle for my size. I was actually a little lazier during the sway because we have been remodeling our house and have been busy. But still pretty strong.
