Hi, I ttc boy, been gaining weight since started on HE for 4weeks. so far 4 kg, make my BMI 19.8.
Im very thin before. I posted my diet before and atomic had given me some advice so i change according to the advice.
Should i make a change again on my HE plan?

i been eating breakfast with cereal, with egg and milk. Lunch and dinner include carb and protein in significant amount with tomato/potato sup with salt.i dun eat meat, so i eat chickens, sometime fish and 1-2 eggs per day. 3 to 4 fruits and 2-3 veggie daily. Snacks a lot in between meal with oreo, biscuit, fruits, french fried, occasional chips. taking full cream milk 2 liter per week( i seldom take before this).
Should i cut down?

and im taking supp
prenatal -ferrous, vit c 500mg, vit b1,2,6,12.
folic-2000mcg
fish oil- 2000mg
calsium supp with vit d -600mg +200IU
Q10 100mg
Probitioc and guafi (no EWCM):worry:-from AF to O

i goin to attemp in 2 weeks times. Im not worried of the weight, I jus worried will it be overnutri/over supp ? Thanks.

19.8 is still in "girl zone" in terms of weight so I would not panic too much about that just yet.

That having been said, you are eating a lot of things that are totally unneccesary - oreos, biscuits, fries, chips - all these things are not necessary to a blue-friendly diet and may cause weight gain.

I also want you exercising if you are not already.

Fish oil is too much. NO more than 1000 a day. Please cut back on this right away.

Are you taking all those things in addition to a prenatal?? You may be taking too much.

I definitely ate things that like that sometimes when I got my boys. You don't have to cut them out totally, but at the same time, if you're gaining fast, it is def. something to drop from the equation. :)

Oh fish oil is 1000 sorry, typing error. Doin weight exercise, and try my best to maintain the exercise.
My prenatal contain iron, vit c and vit b, and folic. Others is addition. Which one you think is unnecessary supp that i can drop it?

MOst people's prenatals have ferrous, vit. C, and b vitamins in them already. So I just need to be sure you're not doubling up on the doses, taking things that are already in your prenatal,

21 and up, but anything more than what you were is still going to sway blue. So if you started off at BMI 18 and are now at BMI 19, that is still boy friendly. I am not saying you need to be higher than BMI 21, just that you don't need to panic yet. I would def. have you cut back the unneccessaries.
