Hi ladies so for sometime now Ive been thinking about starting my girl diet I purchased the personalized sway plan to start everything up.Since I purchased it which was back close to March Ive been trying to figure out how to do it. I do not quite understand it and I do not want to ruin my chances at this sway. Im so confused about the food I can and can not eat given the fact that I also have PCOS and I have high testosterone. My doctor recently gave me clomid and Metformin to try but that's what Ive been given all that other 4 times when I conceived all 4 of my boys. Recently Ive done some research on clomid and I see that that help elevate your testosterone so Im a little nervous about using that this time around. Sorry everyone I just feel really stressed out about this as I feel in the dark and I have no clue what Im doing I would really really appreciate anyone's feed back helping me out. I just want an idea on foods I can and cannot eat Im confused as well on dairy because I have pcos I have no clue what to do. This is my last and final attempt to try for a little girl so I want to give it my best shot :fingers:!! Im currently on Vitex and taking Metformin as well.

Metformin corrects a lot, dietwise. It does exactly what the PCOS sway diet does. So I think you should somewhat relax on the diet. There are no magic foods and what would be best for you is to cut back on sugar and empty carbs and focus on whole grains, fruits, and vegetables, plus eggs, dairy, nuts, and small amounts of chicken and shellfish. The Metformin will do the rest.

I just can't make diets for people. All I can do is offer the guidelines and then help you as you go. There are just too many food choices out there in the world and some people like some things and others, others. I would have to charge hundreds of dollars and help one person at a time in order to make diet plans for people.

Testosterone swaying blue is a theory, never proven. Clomid, on the other hand, we KNOW 100% that it sways pink because our results show it. So please, please, do not pass up Clomid which sways hugely on the basis of a fear about testosterone because we know that Clomid is among the best sway tactics there is. Plus, anyone with PCOS and having trouble conceiving will be very much helped by taking Clomid with your doctor's guideline.

Long story short - Metformin and Clomid are about the best sway you can have.

Our pink swayers with PCOS have the highest success rates on the site. You have every chance of a girl

I misread the first post. If you have a plan, you were given the PCOS diet info and specifics were provided. It's a lot of info to digest for sure but good stuff from atomic.

Like she says, the ladies she helps with PCOS have some of our best success rates! If you follow what was given to you, you should be good!
