Have I gone crazy? I now see a nub?

After staring at this for multiple days, I now think I see a nub (fork-like). Have I lost my mind? Open to any skull/nub theory guesses. Thanks so much!

There are a lot of lines that look like forks on this scan but I don't think any of them are. If I had to make a wild guess based on what I think could be a little white nub I would say girl, but it is not a confident guess.
