Any Aussies out there with advice for brand/ type of antihistamine to use? I couldn't find the ones listed in the sway plan. I bought telfast today which is 120mg of fexofenadine hydrochloride. Anyone know if this will work?

I'm not sure which one is best. I only tried antihistamines a few times and used Zyrtec (Cetirizine) which is pretty commonly available.

My successful girl sway did not include antihistamines however.

I don't know much about this, I suffer from Hayfever badly and have always needed to take antihistamines daily. I have 2 boys.

The antihistamines have been generally underwhelming with about the same people getting girls with or without them.

Fine to use if you want to (that's why I keep them in the mix) but should be among the first things to drop if BFN

My sway is listed in this section (2nd or 3rd page)

I'm not sure I have any amazing tips as I got a bit lazy at the end. Main factors for me were clomid and metformin, recent miscarriage (not recommended, but these things happen) and avoiding snacking.

Sometimes it just comes down to luck as some women have excellent sways but get an oppsite.
