I can't find it on here, was just wondering about the science behind making the man take sudofed 1-2 hours before the attempt? I bought some today and my husband wants to know why this will help, and I'm not sure! Thanks

I'm not sure as we didn't try this but did you get the one with Pseudoephedrine or Phenylephrine? The Pseudoephedrine is pretty hard to get these days (due to people buying it to make Speed) so I assume it is the other one. You might want to check if they both work the same way... once you work out what it actually does :)

Hi Gini, it's the behind the counter pseudoephedrine variety, the one you use to dry up mucus when you have the flu. We had it on hand from flu season. I think the reasoning is that it will make conditions a little 'dryer' and less hospitable to sperm in general, therefore swaying girl. I'm not quite sure how valid this is, someone will probably be able to chime in with more info on it. Didn't work for us lol

It may make his pH go down and/or his semen thicker so lowers sperm count.

TBH I do not believe it does anything. I use it this way because some of the other sites claim it sways pink, but it is not safe for women to take, so having men take it is just a way to keep in in the mix for people who feel it's very important. :)
