Do antibiotics sway if you're done taking them during ovulation? I am on antibiotics for a tooth infection, and I should ovulate on the 15/16th. Will they still sway blue?

and would being on Acidophilus counter act the antibiotics?

Well my friend was taking them around ovulation and got a girl so although I dont think they sway pink, if you have enough other sway tactics they could over ride any blue sway in antibiotics imo

I personally don't think they DO sway blue. I have never seen any evidence that they sway blue, and in fact the strong sway effects of probiotics make me think that if anything, they'd sway pink.

Those actually do sway blue, but I do want you to continue taking them till you're off the abx because you can make yourself get very messed up taking them without then repopulating your guts with the "good guys"

I have just asked about this in a new thread but can see it answered here for kasey (just came up now!)! Thanks. Do you think ignore them and continue with attempt?

I replied in your thread Artisam
Yes, I would always try on antibiotics. It's always up to you guys of course but I see no evidence that they sway.

Thanks that's helpful, good to know- I just saw the reply sorry for making you go back and forth! Unfortunately I'm too wiped out to exercise with this illness- we've had that discussion before I think- so im still tempted to delay.

Oh! I thought I read they sway girl! I am so confused. I did get the strawberry kind if that helps lol. I have to take them because I get raging yeast infections if I don't. I was exercising everyday, but had to take this week off because the infection was so bad. I ovulate next week, if I start back up today exercising so you think that's okay?

They used to say that ages and ages ago but when we first started this site we got such bad results with them that I dropped them and now use them only for blue. :)
Please take them for now because you can become very ill if you don't.
I think that the sickness factor helps sway too, so just pick it back up with exercise when you're ready.

If DH is on both eyedrop and oral antibiotics (he has a bacterial eye infection) does this sway either pink or blue?

I answered this in your other thread, DD. It's easiest for me to just post each question once as I don't like having tons of unanswered questions in the forums.
Short version - we don't know, but since some evidence has indicated they harm sperm health, and he'll be taking them right up to O Day, and also because you're only 11 months postpartum, I'd personally advise waiting. I don't normally advise people to wait, but this case I can see wisdom in doing so

Sorry atomic. I posted this first then thought it would probably be wise to start my own thread with my question. Should've deleted this post - sorry!

No, it's fine! Occasionally I get a person who does it a lot so when it happens I just like to remind everyone. :)

Not too long, according to Dr. Google it's only like 2-8 hours.

No that's totally fine, I prefer to keep the old threads going so they are all chock full of info instead of people having to open 10 different threads all on the same topic to get the information. :)
