I don't think it is clear enough to make a guess. I can't see a nub.

Based on the skull theory?? I believe its a boy but i dont see any nub either & in boys u can see it clearly

You can't always see a nub with boys, it depends on if it was captured in the image. With my scans of DS1 I couldn't see the nub at all.
