I think boy? At 13w2d, that's a pretty long, angled nub let alone with the "stacking" that seems to be boyish. I don't think that's cord, but if that's nub, I'd say boy. Your potty shot is what throws me, but that's probably why potty shots that early are so inconclusive!

Could the "stacking" be a shadow of something else? The stacking on other boy ultrasounds I've seen looks different than this.

I'm not sure what ultrasounds you've looked at, but this looks like the stacking I've seen on confirmed boy shots on here many a time.
