Hi ladies! Dan someone please advise me regarding frequency and timing while ttc girl? DH is nearly 37. I just started doing opk a few days ago and this morning there is a line that is just a little lighter than the control line and I do have some EWCM. I'm totally new to all of this, so if someone could break it down pretty simply I would much appreciate it!!

Also, we haven't started trying yet and won't for a couple of months, but I'm trying to figure my cycles out and get a good plan in place. Thanks so much!!

Your OPK isn't "positive" under the test line is darker than the control line. You'll ovulate 8 - 26 hours after your positive test.

We have been recommending one attempt in the fertile window if you are doing OPKs. Or every 4 days starting when AF leaves town.

Ok great, thanks! So, just one time after positive opk? And then how long should we abstain after that? Sorry for all the questions! This is all extremely confusing!
