Reflexology anyone?

I was thinking of trying this. Has anyone had good results with this? The reason I guess I believe in it is because a friend had it done and the tech knew exactly what her problems were by her feet.

To me it sounds a little like accupuncture. The lady told me what was "wrong" with my by looking at my tongue! If it works for you, it works for you. Can't hurt to try anything once- well, with accupuncture that is not so true b/c I thought it was painful!
