Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I did LE and vegetarian
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
12 weeks swaying, but already did very LE 3 months before - unconscious (didn't eat much since the loss), didn't know about swaying back then
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
No

DId you try to limit caffeine?
Yes, I had 1 drink per day
Any Diet Details?
Skipped breakfast everyday, drank at least 1 diet coke everyday, only ate meat 2 times in November, never snacked, only 2 meals a day (very rarely 3 meals)

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
BMI of 17.5 (before swaying it was 18.25) - lost 2.5 kgs
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
Since the beginning of the sway, I exercised 4x a week, but the week of conception and wee before that, I only exercised 3 times due to a heavy cold

Since I got 9 days of positive OPKs in a row (never had that before), we dtd twice, but there were 6 days between the first and last (possibly THE attempt?) so I don't think the first time was in my fertile window.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
I didn't find the LE diet hard and almost never cheated on meat (didn't need it)
I was on top (I don't know if that's a good thing but looking at gravity it might?)
This is the same month one year later (only a few days after) we conceived our daughter last year - I'm due 2 days later than last year, so hoping this month brings us a girl again
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
That I exercised 3 instead of 4 times the week of conception and the week before that.
That I had a big O - for all my other attempts I made sure not to have an orgasm.
The week after conception we were on holiday in NY and I ate breakfast everyday there.
Things worth mentioning:
This was the first real cycle after a mc in October (so had AF in time after mc)
