Hi all, I wondered if a fellow UK-er could please point me in the right direction here? Not sure which PH sticks to buy to test CM...all help greatly appreciated :) thank you.

I found these ones to be better than the ones I ordered from China: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/80-pH-INDICATOR-TEST-STRIPS-UK-SUPPLIER-SINCE-1993-/150534162801?pt=UK_BOI_Medical_Lab_Equipment_Lab_S upplies_ET&hash=item230c890971
but I still find pH strips difficult to use as it's hard to get enough CM/watery enough CM to make it change colour nicely!

If you aren't attempting, you can try taking Robi/Muci (this will thin your CM and make it easier to test, but may sway blue) just to see what the reading is.

I'm normally very dry and hardly have any CM at all and I could never get a reading on these ones.

I used the pHion sticks and retrived my CM by using an instead cup. I guess you could use a diva cup as well. I left it for a few hours and were able to collect enough to get a reading.

Again, only use the Robitussin/Mucinex if you are not attempting. Like in a different month or a week before O. The medication only affects you for a day or two at most.

Try testing a few other things besides water to see. If they don't change at all, then something is def. up and you need other strips.

Also, some people have something called "low ionic strength" which means the chemicals that the strips are testing for are too dilute for the strips to change color. The answer to that is to get a digital tester or just try to find peace of mind that your sway IS working for you even without testing your pH every day.
