Is chocolate shakeology okay while swaying pink?
Also is cappuccinos okay from the gas station?
I'm going to be on the pcos diet if that helps!
TIA!

The shake would likely have loads of vitamins and minerals in it, so I would avoid.
And the gas station cappuccino would also be filled with sugar, neither of these things are great for swaying IMO.

Definitely do not drink this for a pink sway! I drank, on occasion, a protein shake made from MyVega (only 15g protein) and very little other nutrients when swaying for my DS3. While I'm sure other things contributed to him being a boy, extra nutrients all around played a big role!

Most of the readymade shake drinks are chock full of added vitamins and are best to skip.
Cappuchino is ok but on PCOS diet you'd prob. want to err on the side of artificially sweetened or no sugar.

Sugar is fine for pink for some people but not PCOS dieters. :) I ate tons of sugar with my little girl

Is pop mixed with captain Morgan okay to drink? Is strawberry daiquiris okay?
Is smirinof okay? I've not drank in a long time so trying to get an idea.

Do you drink coffee with meals only, or can you drink it anytime?

Liquor in diet pop has been one of my go to's. Any diet pop should be fine.
Coffee is anytime, most of us use it to help delay breakfast. I also find that coffee before a meal helps curb my appetite a little.

Alright, thanks so much! I've always drank my coffee black. I've not drank it in almost two years now though!

I stopped using shakeology almost 2 weeks ago when I found this site and realized it may sway blue. Had been using it daily for ~4 months. Any thoughts on how long to wait before TTC?

6-12 weeks, same time as most of us follow sway diets for. :)
