I have been trying to chart my ovulation using opk. We are planning to try next month so I used clearblue digital strips this month to be certain. I got a smiley on cd15 and the next day. I stopped using it after that. The thing is that I have no clue when I ovulate. I read about the signs and tried so hard but no pain no bloating nothing I could notice anyway. The CM was present but no luck spotting the difference. I am feeling so frustrated and sad. It's like I m shooting in the dark. Does anyone has any pointers for me? Anything apart from the obvious ovulation signs. I know timing doesn't sway but it's always good to try close to Ovulation. I also read a lot and almost everyone knows when they ovulated after the positive opk and that was usually 2 days after first positive and sometimes 3-4 days after. What if that happens with us?
Sorry about the long post. Please help me ladies.

The unfortunate truth is that NO ONE knows when they ovulated. They may think they do, but studies have been done and even with a very high level of training and expertise, even with temping and charting people could only get O day right one in three times. O pains and EWCM do NOT tell you when you ovulated and all those people who claim that it does are simply mistaken.

what I would have you do is to have attempt the night of your positive OPk, again the next morning if possible, and then again the following night (so 2x that day) and then every other day for a few more days.

It is actually lower odds of conception to try close to O than it is 1-2 days before.
