Hey guys,

I have been doing well with the sway

No Breakfast
Coffee daily

Is Tuna very bad? Have it about 1x fortnight and wondering the problem with it with a sway? Also occasionally have beef mince 1x fortnight no added hormones everything else I have been strict on

It is fine in about that frequency. I sometimes have people add that in when they've been swaying for a while just to allow their bodies a chance at the nutrients about 1x a week.
