I would still wait for the 20 week scan to confirm but looks girly.

I don't think that will turn into boy parts but I personally wouldn't be able to put all my faith into a scan at 14 weeks.

My potty shots that were even earlier than this looked girly and they were right, so I personally think this is a girl. I would probably wait with the pink shopping myself, but that's just me being extra cautious :)
