Hi everyone!
I have a question about probiotics, I have read here in the forums that it strongly sways blue.
Is this some kind of supplement people talk about, or yogurt with acidopillus culture? I am having acidophilus yogurt almost every day, is that ok for a pink sway?

The yogurt is fine. The acidophilus in yogurts is almost all killed off by your stomach acid. The ones that sway blue are the supplements that don't dissolve until they get into your intestines. Avoid those, but yogurt is fine for pink.
