Has anyone done gender selection and been able to transfer two embryos? I know I might seem crazy to others and I'm aware twin pregnancies are high risk but twin girls would be my ultimum dream and then my family would be complete. Thanks

Hi Chantelle, You don't sound crazy at all, I am exactly the same and dreaming of twin girls to complete my family too.
From what I've read on here you are able to transfer two embryos.
I've read quite a few people having twin girls after going HT.

You can transfer two embryos. 1-2 is the norm.

People do, but be aware that transferring 2 is no guarantee of twins, and secondly (most important) you actually increase your risks of higher order multiples by doing that. For reasons no one knows, ID twins where one of the babies split to make two, is higher with IVF so you could possibly end up pregnant with triplets or quadruplets much more easily than one at a time.

I know Cyprus (team miracle) have a lot of twin pregnancies. On one hand I would love twins but I would be worried putting back two embryos could then turn into three or four etc!
