I was so sure this was our month, felt so PREGNANT for the last week or so, thought we had it, plus did a test yesterday that showed a very faint line. I didn't realize it was a blue dye test until I dipped it and it turned blue and it must have given me an evap or something because it was around the 10 minute mark I noticed the faintest line. Anyways FRER this morning was very negative then AF showed up this afternoon. So I'm out for an October baby :(
Needing to get back on the wagon for both diet an exercise as I strayed from the diet starting a few days after O and totally stopped exercising a day or 2 after O. I celebrated being able to enjoy a vodka & diet Dr Pepper tonight though!! So tomorrow will be day 1 of being strict with girl sway tactics.
I have no issue fitting in 1 hour of running almost every day. Planning to stick to LE/vegetarian diet quite strictly from now til O.
I'm having a vodka & diet soda every night, also starting up Vitex and Saw Palmetto again from now til CD10 (I've found stopping then doesn't delay O, taking it any longer delays it)
Last cycle I had DH do FR every day from start of AF up until my positive opk. It was a lot... got very difficult to keep it up by CD12 or so but we toughed it out til pos OPK then didn't dtd for over a week after! I didn't miss it at all, lol! We've decided against doing that this time around which as far as I know leaves us with 2 options: have him do FR on his own then BD at positive OPK (or a day or 2 before, but I think I'd do at pos opk because of wanting the biggest chance of getting pg this cycle). OR bd every 4 days through O. I think I like that option better however would I still do opk's and try to work a real attempt into the day of positive opk?... Say I'm very regular and normally O on cd 15/16, we'd start on say cd6 and again on days 10, 14, 18 (potential 2 day cutoff). Any input is appreciated!
I'm 30, DH will be 41 next month so abstain is NOT an option for us!

I'm sorry this month wasn't the month.

I'd just have him either "do what he does" or release every 2-4 days with one attempt at pos OPK OR BD every 4 days. whichever one feels right to you.

Don't try to time an OPK attempt with the e4d. Part of why it works is probably because it's more laid back than worrying about OPKs.
