So I normally don't ovulate on my own. I started a cycle on 1/20 using progesterone cream and was planning on using it again in a couple weeks to start another cycle and then use Femara. That would give me another 4 weeks at least on diet before our first attempt. I have been on the LE diet, more pcos style since January 1, so only 6 weeks. I was going to start the cream on day 15 and use it for 2 weeks but I started spotting right away so I decided to just wait. We have completely avoided dtd and finishing inside just in case. Of course though as luck would have it, we went ahead and BD'ed on Saturday. Now my temp has jumped up and cm has changed. I truly never expected this because I have always needed clomid or Femara. I'm worried because I have been to sweet tomatoes twice in January and in the last week I had Indian buffet once and a Filipino/Vietnamese buffet once. I have never once had breakfast and have avoided most sugar. I usually don't have anything until at least 1pm most days but sometimes not until closer to 3. I usually have veggies and egg whites and maybe toast. Mostly worried because I was only really super strict about not eating anything before early afternoon and nothing after about 9pm. I stayed at or under 1500 calories I would say 80-85% of the time. I had at least a couple cups of coffee every day and at least 1 but maybe 2 or 3 diet coke or dr peppers every day. I normally never touch diet soda or coffee or anything with caffeine and never miss breakfast with my 4 boys. That's the only thing giving me any hope. But still, it has only been 6 weeks. :nails::worry: I of course have no idea if I will be pregnant but still feel like kicking myself... Here is my chart. I just recently got a thermometer so wasn't good about temping every day... https://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/56dc3//thumb.png

Well, you have one attempt in, that's super girl friendly :) There's always hope!

Thank you! I had been hoping to be super strict the last month before attempt. Who knows though, maybe it will still be a bfn. On the days that the meals weren't LE, that was the only meal of the day and all that I ate. I did als try to stick with being mostly vegetarian and if something had meat I would take most out.

So it's definitely possible you're not pregnant and other factors are at play here -- temps can fluctuate from other things outside of pregnancy, even down to maybe you're moving a bit more than you normally do taking your temp to other hormonal fluctuations (like thyroid). Lots of little things can make it change! And CM's never been a good indicator for me, since I just literally always have at least watery CM to EWCM, haha.

BUT, if you are pregnant, I wouldn't sweat those blips. Everything sounds strongly like a girl sway to me, and I definitely had days of excess calories right around when I conceived my DD -- including a sushi/Japanese/Chinese buffet visit, because I wanted to get my sushi in while I could before we conceived! Overall diet is what's important, and you definitely have an LE diet overall.

Thank you for that. I do usually end up pregnant as soon as I actually ovulate but who knows...maybe the temps, etc are a fluke. Cm looks kind of ewcm today. So sorry for your recent loss also. I definitely understand and pray you get a sticky bfp soon.:heart:

I think we need to hold off for more temps before we know if O has really happened.

Honestly, I think if you did O, you had a great attempt! I'd be happy with that. :)
