Vitex or no vitex?

In my personalized plan she added Vitex as a supplement, does this sway pink or just help with cycles? My cycles are regular at 28-29 days I started OPK's this cycle to help pin point ovulation but I'm afraid of starting Vitex and messing up my cycle, any thoughts?

I do think it sways pink but also the potential to mess up cycles (which ~may~ be part of why it works).

I used it twice, I do think it helped me get a girl, but at the same time I got one boy and one girl using it (so in no way a surefire thing!!) I was also one of the lucky ones in that my cycle stayed regular while using it as long as I stopped it a couple days before I expected O to come.

Anyone who wants to leave it out, that is totally at your discretion. No one's sway sank or fell on vitex (except maybe people using ONLY vitex LOL)
