CD5 – I’ve been doing really well with the sway except for this morning. Co-worker has a birthday and I was given a slice of cake…at 9 in the morning. I couldn’t say no since it was homemade and everyone else had a slice, but I only had maybe a third of it. I’m probably going to have to write today off food-wise since I couldn’t skip breakfast. Haven’t DTD yet because AF is just now starting to get lighter. I think we’ll start the e4d this weekend.

Have I totally screwed up the sway this cycle because of this morning? What can I do to “make up” for missteps?

Thanks!

You are allowed cheats. No one meal will throw off your sway.

No no, remember cheating like this is not only allowed, it's ENCOURAGED.

Why do you have to write off the whole day?? Just act like everything is the same from here on in!!

You don't need to make up for stuff like this. It's to give your body a chance of a few extra nutrients but beyond that, it helps you avoid these awkward situations where you're obsessing on how to get out of social situations. That kind of "hamster wheel" thinking probably sways blue a heck of a lot more than a small piece of cake.
