it's a "moon cup" type thing - that gets inserted vaginally to catch AF (or sperm) and keep it inside
I don't think it's that common in a pink sway, and TBH would probably just keep the pH high around the cervix

It's a cup that you can insert after intercourse that helps to keep sperm near the cervix. It's part of a pink sway only if you are doing TBM http://genderdreaming.com/forum/showthread.php?2598-how-to-do-TBM-and-why-you-probably-shouldn-t-do-it-for-gender-swaying

On one of the other swaying sites, they believe pH is what sways rather than sperm count and so sometimes they use these cups to hold sperm around the cervix after inserting lime douche and/or Acijel and hopefully upping odds of pregnancy. However, since I believe it's important to lower sperm numbers for a pink sway, I don't feel that it's necessary for anyone to use these cups and it's just another thing to stress over and potentially raise your testosterone levels. Plus, despite the OWT that say you need to prop your hips for 20-30 min after sex, that is a myth. Sperm leaves the vagina within 5 minutes (if not sooner) anyway to hang out up inside the cervix, and there is really nothing to be gained by keeping semen in there once the sperm has left the premises. You can seriously hop out of bed immediately, get dressed, do 500 jumping jacks and run the Boston Marathon and still get pg.
