Im currently pregnant with my 4th baby 💖💖 but wasnt really very strict with what I was eating 😕😕 (not tracking calories etc)
The facts - I do eat white meat for dinner with rice or pasta and red meat twice a week
I dont get much sleep - usually 4-5 hours according to my fitbit.
Im still breastfeeding
I have PCOS but very regular periods - every 31 days
I do eat breakfast but tend to push it bsck until 9am and get up at 6 am
I walk 20 minutes a day
My hubby smokes
This little one was conceived the cycle after a chemical pregnancy
I am not having any morning sickness ( only waves mid morning) and im abit over 6 weeks
I eat alot of 2 minute noodles throughout the day and rice
I did drink red wine nightly when ttc (abit too much sometimes whoopsies 😮)
bub was conceived 1 day before ovulation.
