Hello new here! GIRL DREAMING!!
Just had my iud removed and just finished my "withdrawal" bleed which for now I'm considering a period. I have started the le diet. No breakfast, elbow noodles for lunch with Parmesan cheese, yogurt, and dinner is white rice with a chicken breast, raspberry ice and pink lemonade CL about a gallon a day 😮! , peppermint tea three times a day, folic acid, baby aspirin, and sudafed. I've lost a couple pounds already and am only 1 day post AF. Praying for ovulation this month. I am going with the sex every day until O.
Any more tips I'm missing?

Hi ash, I think we talked a little in another thread.

We do a little different diet here and you can read the short version: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/trying-to-conceive-a-girl/16780-low-everything-diet-nutshell-version.html

If you want to try and blend the IG and LE Diet you can find a thread on that here: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/ttc-a-girl-best-practices/761-diet-suggestions-ttc-pink.html?761-diet-suggestions-for-TTC-Pink= (this may really help you a lot)

I think I covered most of the rest in the other thread you asked.

I don't recommend BD every day thru O because we have found one attempt in the fertile window to be much more pink friendly than more attempts in the fertile window. Your call to make of course, but I just don't recommend it.

Welcome to the site, Nix. Hi from your "neighbor" in Eastern Washington.

I will mention most of us got opposites with Shettles and I have the case against it here: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/7691-trouble-timing.html

We have found that for reasons we do not know it is number of attempts that sways and not timing. So having 3 attempts with a cutoff may backfire since one attempt has been the most pink friendly and 3 attempts the most boy friendly. If you want to do a cutoff please just do it with one attempt and not 3.
