Did you purchase and follow a GD Personalized Plan?
Yes
DIET
Did you follow a diet plan?
Yes
If yes to diet, which one did you most follow? LE(Low Everything)

Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
My diet was completely opposite to when I conceived my boys. I was all day snacker, I ate loads of cereal, nuts, meat, dairy, vegetables etc. I was always eating. I went on a LE vegetarian diet & ate only twice a day around 11am & 5pm. No meat & no snacking. I also drank 1 can coke zero almost once a day on the sway. The last successful cycle I also added in 1 coffee a day & 1 alcohol a day - I dont normally drink either.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
I was on the LE vegetarian diet for 42 weeks last year before my first BFP which ended in micarriage at 10weeks. I restarted the LE diet that day & was on it for 11weeks at attempt & 12 weeks at our second BFP, so 1yr in total on LE vegetarian diet
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
No
Comments regarding DH's diet-
Hubby didnt change his diet at all but overall was eating a little less red meat & more chicken.
DId you consume alcohol? Often- daily

DId you try to limit caffeine?
Yes, I had 1 drink per day
Any Diet Details?
I introduced coffee & alcohol the successful cycle.
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?
The diet was very repetitive, I pretty much ate the same thing every week. I did eat pineapple to assist with implantation 1dpo-7dpo
WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
I conceived DS1 at 70kg BMI 27
I conceived DS2 at 68kg BMI 26
I conceived this pregnancy at 55kg BMI 21

Initially I lost 10kg on the LE diet but gained 7kg very quickly following our BFP last year. After the miscarriage I restarted the LE diet & lost 5kg before this BFP.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
I was a couch potato this past year. I normally go walking with the pram but I tend to build muscle quite quickly. I knew if I continued to exercise a little this would stay the same. I also didnt have the time to exercise everyday so I didnt. I have noticed that I have lost a lot of muscle tone in general.
THINGS in VG and CONCEPTION DATE(CD) INFO
pH Before Starting a Sway Program, if known

Mostly pH 5 with a tiny bit of EWM ph7. I always get quite a bit of EWM which has the higher pH but not much this month
DH pH

How many BD attempts did you make for the BFP cycle?

Any additional comments?
I wasnt well at the time of attempt & really not that into it. I had a lot of fatigue & I had gastro. My best friend reckons that crap sex always leads to pregnancy & she is right! I didnt jump & dump - I lay down for at least 10min but some did spill out.

Huge congrats kc! I bet you have a pink one growing in there!

I was breastfeeding my DS3 6 times a day when I conceived this time around. I'm now down to 3 times a day. I'll be curious to see if this helps us!

I conceived DS2 whilst still breastfeeding DS1 & we BD 4days before +opk so a reverse shettles & bf still got me a boy last time, however I had a extremely "blue" lifestyle. FX this time!

well I had a ultrasound & confirmed what I thought - I ovulated on the left & they put my dates back by 5 days due to late ovulation. She seemed so suprised that I actually knew the date I ovulated. The Dr also said I implanted on the right - so lets see if the ramzi theory is right for me - heres hoping its not!

A lot of people think that left sided O = girls. I've seen Ramzi guess WRONG on people's ultrasounds!

& the NIPT results say :DS: I have an ultrasound next week so i guess that will definitely confirm it. I am disappointed as I had such a huge lifestyle change but I just couldnt manage to include exercise into my sway. I dont have any regrets though & I gave it a good shot.

I'm sorry you didn't hear pink! You had a great sway! Sometimes opposites happen despite our best efforts. Your third little guy was just determined for you to be his mama. :) I was in your shoes last year and now I have DS3 who is just the sweetest little baby. Congrats! Xx
