I keep getting confused about the different things that sway more then others. I was wondering when it comes to milk and dairy a lot of people have said that milk sways pink when done right meaning you drink low fat and low potassium or organic milk. Or checking to make sure it doesn't have a lot of nutrients in it. A lot of the sways i've seen include dairy or drink like 1 to 2 glasses of low fat or skim milk. So i wanted to know if it helps or hurts your sway.

There is NO SUCH THING as low potassium milk. You can trust me on this because I used to BE on that other site and during the time I was there, they realized that just because something isn't listed on the label, it doesn't mean it isn't IN there. They used to tell people to drink these various kinds of milk but then it turned out they all had potassium in them.
ALL milk has nutrients. If you look on the labels you will see fat, protein, vit. D, lots of other stuff. Milk is nutrient dense because it's made to feed infant animals. Anyone telling you to "find milk without nutrients" is not knowledgeable enough to take advice from IMVVHO.
Anyone with PCOS or reduced fertility should not be drinking skim milk. It can undermine your sway or prevent conception by messing with your blood sugar. Most people can do skim, but enough people can't that it is not a one-size-fits-all recommendation at all.
If you believe in minerals for swaying that's cool. Take cal-mag supps instead (without Vit. D). But I can guarantee you that it's the people drinking a gallon of milk every day who end up with boys. I saw it happen time and time again. People who did not really change diet and just started drinking tons of milk got boys. Only the people who really cut back on diet in LOTS of ways got girls even if they drank a little milk here and there - it's not that milk makes boys per se, it's that lots of nutrients and eating a lot of cals, fat, protein, and other nutrients sways blue and drinking gobs of milk is a good way to get lots of cals, fat, protein, and nutrients very quickly.
There are NO magic foods that make boys or girls. It's your overall diet as a whole that matters. If you want to do minerals, that is up to you, just do it via supps and not the milk intake.
