Hi all. I'm looking at yet another cycle of oing during my hubbys three night shifts that start on a Friday afternoon and end on a Monday morning so the therefore there's the added stress and sometimes impossibility of bding through the day with two young ones home. We have only been able to get one attempt in the last two cycles and I would ideally like 2-3. I'm wondering if anyone knows of a way I can try to delay o? I am taking clomid days 3-7, could taking it 4-8 maybe delay it by a day or so? Or is there something else I can take or do? I understand it's a very long shot and will likely not work but I'm willing to try anything at this point. My af is due any moment now (likely tonight) apparently I'm still oing cd14 but over the last two cycles my lp that used to be 12 days has been 14...... appreciate any suggestions :)

Yes, go ahead and try taking Clomid CD 5-9 instead. 4-8 is ok but not going to be as reliable as 5-9 would be at delaying it

Clomid is the ONLY way to delay O so anyone reading this thinking "I need to do that too" and Googling a bunch of other things to try...none of them work and will cause more trouble than they're worth. Only Clomid (and Femara, of course) are capable of delaying O.
