I've gone and had a cheat day and am now regretting it! Started diet almost 3 weeks ago, vegetarian 1 week ago. This is how today ended (pic). Need to be careful not to do it again soon.

So calories if I don't want to lose weight, is that around 2000? And fat and protein 50-60? Should I monitor sodium?https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170312/327488141115e9929a145881118277f6.jpg

Don't worry about a cheat day. Just pick it up and move on from here.

Everyone's cal intake to keep weight on will be different, just play it a little bit by ear and let your weight loss be your guide. Some need more, others less. Remember there is a wide variety of height, body type, metabolism and someone who's 5-4 would need (usually) less than someone who is 5-10, for example.
