Hi girls, I was wondering what you think are important sway factors for dh? He is very on board with swaying and already is a smoker but what else can he be doing? He has cut out red meat and tries to eat vegetarian where possible. He drinks coffee probably 3 times a day is that a bad thing for him? He also has the odd energy drink should he drop these, I have a vague recollection of reading that this makes the sperm more 'energetic'. I am hoping to get clomid so don't want to reduce sperm count too far I suppose, just don't want him doing blue things either :)

Smoking is very pink. Cycling is too, but I don't think the two mix very well [emoji6].

Thank you :) the only good thing about him being a smoker! Any advice on coffee for dh?

Smoking is #1.

Great that he is mostly vegetarian.

Coffee A-ok for him.

I know that's what IG says re energy drinks but observationally I have seen overwhelming pink babies with the energy drinks by DH.
