go a long time between meals (i.e. skip breakfast)
eat foods that cause your blood glucose to rise then drop fast (such as white rice/pasta, sugary things, some veg) and not foods that take a long time to digest (nuts, meat, wholegrains, etc)

What Rainbow said + if I may add my experience before HE diet - I always felt a bit hungry, even if I eaten ( obviously not enough lol!)

1) Skip breakfast if possible, if not, skipping lunch or dinner is also a possibility.
2) Don't snack all day every day
3)Don't eat great big meals that take forever to digest
4)Wait until you're good and hungry before eating again.
5)Sticking to 1500-1800 cals with 40-50 g protein
6)Losing even as little as a pound or two will lower your blood sugar levels.
