Hi everyone,

I am new here and trying to get as many as possible information to start swaying for a girl.

I have two beautiful boys and ready for a final baby, hopefully a girl this time.

My understanding is that LE diet showed to be the most successful. Can someone please tell me how do you measure potassium intake? We should have 2500-3500 potassium but I am really not sure how to make sure I get that?

What about timing, is that still important part of swaying or diet is the main thing? Anything else that could help me?

Thank you in advance everyone! :)

You're going to have to track it for a few days using paper and pen and looking things up online. Potassium does not need to be listed on labels and so you won't always know how much is in any given food so look it up and keep track. Should only take you a few days to get the hang of it and then you can stop counting it.

Timing has been debunked and most of us on here have 2-3-4 or more timing opposites (myself included) Diet, exercise, one attempt or e4d, and Clomid or Femara if you can get it are most important. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/7691-trouble-timing.html

Thank you so much for your respond. What is e4d?

Having unprotected sex every 4 days starting after AF and continuing through till confirmed ovulation (even if this means going till NEXT AF.)
