AF arrived yesterday, 5 days later than expected. Sigh.

Since this AF was so late (I’m very regular and timely), is there another strategy I should pursue to conceive and hopefully get my girl?

If you were doing only one attempt maybe try every 4 days?

Sorry ladies! I DTD e4d, but my last DTD was 3/7, which was a few days past O anyway, or so I thought. I didn't do OPKs, but maybe I should do OPK + e4d this time around?

AF is REALLY heavy today, but do I count the other day as CD1? It was more than spotting, but not very heavy, I'd say medium?

Yes count yesterday as CD 1.

Keep going even if you think you've Oed. I'm sorry I'm not clear on the math but you stopped BD before you Oed??

If you didn't have a true e4d I'd probably stick with that this month. Unless you're really dying to add the OPK attempt. Totally up to you either way!
