TTC a Girl Sway Attempt

Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Skipped breakfast every day. Had a lot of caffeine which is polar oppoaite my normal. I usually avoid caffeine in anything and rarely drink coffee. I drank 2-4 cups of coffee a day with flavored creamer and also had at least a couple diet sodas daily. I also hate artificial sweeteners usually. I started the diet 1/1/17 and until about mid February i did eat ocassional chicken maybe 2-3 times a week. From Mid February until BFP I had no meat. I ate loads of rice and beans, brocolli and cauliflower and went through phases of eating veggies with egg whites. I went to freebirds and chipotle often and ate the veggie bowl with no guac and ocassionally cheese. I love cereal but only had it 2 times in the almost 3 months. I also took psyllum husk fiber pills after most meals the last 6 weeks or so.

No
Comments regarding DH's diet-
He kept drinking his usually large amounts of caffeine and doesnt usually eat breakfast or lunch.
DId you consume alcohol? No
DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I drink caffeine regularly
Any Diet Details?
Loads of caffeine and fiber, especially with carbs. Ate no meat and never ate breakfast. Usually didnt have anything except coffee until at least 1 or 2pm, sometimes 3pm.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
So much fiber and caffeine and always skippimg breakfast. Also waiting to eat amd very little snacking. All of it is so out of my norm. Also my youngest DS breastfed for the last time the day before I started Femara. Not sure if that might help.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Too many attempts before ovulation. I didnt want to try multiple more cycles though because I know I wouldnt be as strict with diet and I need to take Femara.
