O late/period late pls help!

I'm usually a 28/29 day cycle the last year and ovulate day 13/14. Last cycle I ovulated on day 18 and my period was late this month making it 32 day cycle! I'm not sure what's going on but worried as only have this month to try. Do you think I will ovulate late again?

Also is there anything I can do/can take to increase cervical fluid, would love best go at conceiving

There's no way for me to guess - I do want you to understand that you'll O later than normal in the sense that it will be tacked onto when your period comes - does that make sense?? i don't want you to be expecting O on, for example, the 14th of the month since that's when it normally comes, because it will come (about) 12-21 days after you have AF, and will be on a totally different day this month!

You can take guanefesin if you want to, although it sways blue.
