Please help me to choose the right plan on here. I think I'd like the personalised one, but particularly need help with meals. I am losing weight because I don't think I'm eating enough because I don't know what to eat.

Is there a plan that helps with meals and gets access to dream part of site?

Thanks!

Hi there, I was planning on ttc in a few months and purchased the membership and was looking at the personalised plans but have just found out I'm pregnant! I'm delighted but also very surprised as I was certain I had ovulated at least two days prior to dtd. I was planning on swaying pink and I had been taking acidophilus and skipping breakfast most days, I was also ill for a few weeks which I heard was meant to sway pink, but other than that and drinking cofffe and a glass of wine every day I didn't do anything else. We only dtd once and i was charting and felt o pains a few days before so I actually quite amazed I'm pregnant I also pretty much jumped and dumped. I already have two boys already! I am worried that because it was after O that it will be another boy!

Thanks atomic, man I hope so! I can't even let myself think about having a girl, I don't know why- probably because I've been so obsessed with it! I'm not going to find out the gender because I couldn't bear all the comments and I'm worried I'll be disappointed if I find out it's a boy, whereas I know I'll be over the moon whatever I have when I give birth! I am totally prepared and happy to have another boy but I can't lie, I am so desperate to have a baby girl and this is definitely our last! Last time I definitely did all things to sway blue without having a clue and I also just heard that dtd after ovulation sways pink, any truth in that??

You definitely ovulated later than you think. It's not possible to conceive from sex after you ovulate unless it's within about 12 hours and that's an extremely slim chance even then. It's very for common for o to be delayed now and then even when you are typically very regular. Good luck and lots of pink dust!

Oh sorry I missed the DTD after O thing - there has NEVER been a proven case of conception any later than O Day. So no, it's not possible that you conceived 2 days after you Oed and NO NO NO that does not "sway pink" since it is completely impossible. :)

You can have O pains before, during, and after O. I have hugely terrible O pains, unfortunate for me but luckily it allows me to say definitively that some of us have O pains many days before the egg ever shows up! :) I have had O pains as early as CD 3 and going on till even a day or two after O! (the pains are not really from ovulation, just to clarify)

Now I'm confused, I have read about O+12 and that once the egg is released it can survive for 24 hours (not that we can pinpoint the time it was released. I obviously must have ovulated later than i thought but I had ewcm (lots) on the Friday and Saturday and ovulation pains Friday to Sunday and we dtd on Wednesday night when I had no ewcm. Last baby we dtd before o pains and when I got a positive opk. Also how could you prove when you ovulated and conceived?? I do think I was in the window of 24 hours, I know it's slim odds which is why I was so shocked. Either way, fingers crossed it's a girl this time!

I know it's confusing. This is because some of the other sites don't understand that most eggs do not actually LIVE 24 hours. The 24 hours is meant as the absolutely upper limit of how long an egg MIGHT live under ideal circumstances for use in protecting people from conceiving using natural family planning for birth control. They use 24 hours as an imaginary, theoretical upper window for the longest an egg could possibly live, and then double that in case of twins, but it's because they are meaning that to be helpful for people who are trying NOT to get pregnant, not those who are trying to conceive. The designers of these methods NEVER INTENDED this 24 hour number to be used for conceiving and would be horrified that it's being twisted into that because it PREVENTS PREGNANCY. To use NFP methods to achieve pregnancy you are supposed to BD BEFORE O because that . Most reputable researchers agree that 12 hours, give or take a few hours either way (so like 8-16) is much more realistic. And additionally most twin pregnancies have two eggs released only a short time apart, not 24 hours and then 24 hours again. All this stuff is just people trying to be absolutely sure that women do not accidentally conceive when using NFP as birth control.

Scientists have done studies that show 100% that there are only 6 days it's possible to conceive, the 5 days coming into O and then the day of O. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get pregnant 2 days after ovulation. There has never been one proven case of it the day after ovulation let alone 2.
