Hi!
Due to Hubbys work schedule we are trying to concieve asap and have some questions about the Sperm meets Egg plan
I am usually 28 day cycles spot on and ovulate day 13/14 but last month ovulated late at day 17, and cycle was 32 days
My question is with SMEP when should I start DTD?
The plan says day 8 for 28 day cycle, I was going to start DTD day 10, 12, 14 etc. until positive OPK then daily for three days is this right or is this too much BD to concieve? We want the best go this month
Thanks Kindly!

No that's fine! I'd actually start CD 8 since you normally do O CD 14ish.

Thanks Atomic, day 11 purple clearblue came up as flashing smiley and other opks negative but didn't DTD, day 12 (yesterday) in arvo all of a sudden all tests digital and lines were positive so DTD last night and plan to tonight and next day
Will that be enough for best chances? Or should I DTD twice second day of OPK to get more shots in in case O sooner or is that not a good idea for sperm?
Thanks! x

Is twice a day too much? Got positive opk day 12 now day 14 but not sure if I've o'd? Haven't had cramps I usually get. DTD day 12, 13 and will tonight as per SMEP will that be ok?
Also is twice today too much?

Please don't bump your post till I've had more than a couple days to reply, since I go from oldest to newest it bumps back up to the top of my rotation and then usually will make it take longer to get an answer!
As long as the fertile window is open, the more the better. the issue is when people start having loads of sex BEFORE the window opens (all those sperm will die almost immediately) but once that egg is on her way it's all good.

Just keep BD! You don't have to keep it up at quite that pace, go to every other day or every 2-4 but it's important to keep going with attempts even after you think you have Oed in case your ovulation is delayed.
