Hello, I would like to ask if it is fine eat ice cream carte d'ore while ttc girl. I skip breakfast, around 12pm eat light lunch mostly vegetable or carbohydrates with vegetable and some protein like tofu or beans. After lunch around 1pm i have 2 scoops of ice cream, im addicted to it😁After i dont eat anything till 7pm. My dinner is piece of cake or pudding from rice milk (no calcium in it)and some fruit. During the day i drink minimum 4 cups of coffee. Is it fine or should i skip ice cream and have some different?😅

If it fits in your overall totals for the day and you have it with a meal then that is fine.

I don't want you to lose any more weight, just try to hold stead where you're at.

^^ just wanted to clarify that your "very strict" diet was in fact one of the "mineral" diets, correct SoFull?? Tons of us got opposites on those.

Yes, and I am also trying to differentiate between people who got opposites on LE Diet and on mineral diets.

I do absolutely think high intake of ice cream can sway blue. Lots of fat and calories in ice cream. A little bit within LE Diet limits is fine.

Things that boost odds of conception (like dairy fat) may sway blue.

Please ladies just stick in limits of LE Diet. You have freedom within those limits. The "magic foods" idea doesn't work.

Yes lots of things, but I think you should start off assuming you can get pregnant easily and see what happens while swaying. We will compromise by skipping the bad sway tactics that don't work, and focusing on the things that do work. But I don't want you to actively boost conception yet. Let's give swaying a try before doing that.

Well, that's not what I'd have had you do, but it's done now so good luck and pink dust headed your way.

It is totally possible to go right to solid smiley without any flashies. Happens all the time.

O pains can happen before, during, and after O. Just being achy after O doesn't mean you haven't ovulated.

So what I'd have you do is start every 4 days (counting from when your prev. attempt was) from here on in until you're totally sure that you have ovulated (even if this means going straight through till next AF starts!)

Next month I'd change some of that for a better chance of pink, but that is totally ok if you chose to do it that way. :)

Oh yes I gotcha. I do want to mention that O Day is actually NOT best chances of conception, O-1 and O-2 are proven to both be better than O Day. Good luck and I hope this is your month!!

One of the best things you can do is follow a lower carb diet. Great for egg quality. I have an alternate LE Diet in this thread http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/9052-swaying-under-special-circumstances-part-3-pcos.html (5 from the top, called atomic fertility diet) that can help (and it also sways pink). If you really want to boost fertiliy, you would follow the variation that is for swayers who may go HT (even though you are not going to go HT). It's better for fertility overall.
